Services
CureMed provides medical billing, revenue cycle management (RCM), credentialing, coding audit, patient eligibility verification, accounts receivable recovery, physician billing, robotic process automation, and virtual medical assistance services to U.S. healthcare practices.
Specific service scope, fees, and deliverables are governed by a separate service agreement signed between CureMed and each client practice.
Website Use
You may use the curemed.care website to learn about our services, contact us, and request information. You agree not to:
- Use the website for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website or our systems
- Interfere with the operation of the website
- Submit false information via our contact forms
- Submit Protected Health Information (PHI) or patient data via our contact forms
Business Associate Agreements
When we act as a business associate handling Protected Health Information (PHI) on behalf of a covered entity, our obligations are governed by a signed Business Associate Agreement (BAA) between CureMed and the covered entity, in accordance with HIPAA.
Fees and Payment
Our standard pricing is 4.99 percent of collections, payable monthly. Specific fee arrangements, payment terms, and billing cycles are set out in each client's service agreement. Fees exclude any pass-through payer, clearinghouse, or third-party costs, which will be documented in your service agreement.
Intellectual Property
All content on the curemed.care website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of CureMed LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our written permission.
No Medical Advice
Nothing on the curemed.care website constitutes medical advice or clinical guidance. Our content is directed at practice management and billing operations. Always consult qualified professionals for clinical, legal, or financial matters specific to your practice.
Third-Party Services
Our website and services may integrate with third-party providers (payers, clearinghouses, EHR vendors, cloud infrastructure). We are not responsible for third-party service failures, though we work diligently to minimize disruption to your practice.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The curemed.care website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CureMed is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website. Liability for services performed under a signed client agreement is governed by that agreement's specific terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which CureMed LLC is registered. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the website will be resolved in accordance with that jurisdiction.
